List of Standard Fees
We are pleased to announce the standard course fees for the year 2025/2026.
Our vision is for a world with equitable access to healthcare training.
This page lists our qualifications, programmes and product prices to make healthcare training of the highest standard. The prices have taken into account the cost incurred to deliver healthcare training including accreditation and quality assurance of the programmes delivered.
The standard course fee is usually chargeable for courses, once the learner completes course registration on the online Medics.Academy learning platform. Upon successful completion of the course, the learner will be awarded a standard certificate stating their name, date of receiving the award, name of the qualification and the number of CPD credits awarded where applicable.
Several of our courses have been internally CPD accredited by the Medics.Academy CPD department by our distinguished CPD panel members and peer reviewed through our Quality Assurance process. More information about CPD and the panel can be found here.

Extension & Administration Fees

1. Repeat Programme Fee | If a Learner fails to meet the assessment requirements of the programme, they will be required to re-enrol and pay a repeat programme fee. | Per module Fee & an administrative fee of £85 |
2. Extension Fee | Learners are required to complete their programme within three years of enrolment. If the programme extends beyond three years due to the Learner’s delay, an extension fee will apply. | £350 per year |
3. Cancellations Before Programme Commencement | Learners may cancel their enrolment up to 14 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date will incur an administrative fee. | No administrative fee will be charged |
4. Cancellations After Programme Commencement | Learners may cancel their enrolment within the first four weeks of the programme's commencement and receive a refund, subject to an administrative fee. | Administrative fee- £85 |
5. Reinstatement Following Suspension | For Learners who were removed/suspended due to continuous failure to complete payments and now wish to have their suspension lifted, they must settle the full programme fee and pay an administrative fee to facilitate their removal from suspension and reinstatement into the system. | Reinstatement fee- £200 |
6. Outstanding Invoice Payments - | As outlined in our Fees and Invoice Policy, we have established a clear process for addressing outstanding invoices, including a series of reminders and follow-up actions for overdue payments. If the purchaser wishes to obtain their course completion certificate, they must first clear any outstanding debt. Additionally, a reinstatement fee will be required to restore access to the necessary systems and facilitate the issuance of course completion certificates. | Settle the outstanding debt and a reinstatement fee of £200 |
